Shipping and Returns
How Do I Return A Product?
All returns must be pre-authorized by Olympic Restaurant Equipment Inc. prior to item being returned. Buyer must contact us for a return authorization number. Return shipment must arrive within 14 days of delivery date. Return shipments arriving without return authorization will be refused by Olympic Restaurant Equipment Inc.
All sales on used and special order merchandise are final--no exceptions. For all other merchandise, O.R.E. Inc. must pre-approve.
All delivery, return shipping costs, and crating or packaging fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. O.R.E. Inc. will not accept any returns that are "Freight Collect".
New items must be returned new, unused, and contain all original parts, accessories, manuals, and shipping materials.
Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any shipment, and return shipment.
No warranties of any kind on used equipment unless specifically noted on invoice. Factory warranties will apply on all new equipment. Warranty work is to be pre-approved by O.R.E. Inc.
All goods are specific to a customer's preference; therefore made to order items are non-refundable unless prior written consent is given by Olympic Restaurant Equipment Inc.
